Our Story
With 20 years of experience in real estate and Section 8 housing, owner Denise Starghill has developed strong skills in both housing investment and management. As a Real Estate Developer, she focuses on affordable housing and community-centered projects. Currently, DMDA is working on a development to build ADA- compliant single-family homes designed for individuals with mobility challenges, aiming to provide accessible, safe, and independent living spaces for residents with disabilities.
· Denise is a certified advocate in Michigan, specializing in supporting individuals with mental, physical, and medical disabilities.
· She's also a champion for those experiencing homelessness and in need of housing assistance.
